Scrum Master
We are looking to hire a new colleague for one of our biggest projects in the medical industry.
Your responsibility will be the management and coordination of 4 teams in Europe on one project. This will also mean remote management (expect colleagues in Bratislava, team members sit on different locations in Europe).
You will also communicate with the head office in the US and R&D department in Vienna - it is nice to have a flexible approach to working hours (the normal working hours are until 6 PM).
You will work in 2-week sprints, there will be a call with the head office every other Wednesday.
It is important you have previous experience and excellent communication skills.
The first contract will be valid for 6 months. This is a trial phase - if everything goes well the contract will be prolonged and we are open to long-term cooperation.
Requirements / Your Expertise
- 4+ years in the Scrum Master role
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum methodology
- Scrum Master certification is nice to have
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Personal qualifications
- Fluent in English language, German language is an advantage
- Self-motivated and pro-active with a strong work ethic
- Autonomous team player able to work under minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work towards fixed deadlines
- Accept and contribute constructive criticism
The minimum salary starts from 1900€ gross per month. Your salary will depend on your experience, seniority, and agreement.
